Website Strategy & UX Clarity

I help businesses rethink their value proposition, website structure, and user experience so their message becomes clear, logical, and actionable.

I don't just make websites look better — I help create the strategic foundation that good design and content can build on.

Does this sound familiar?

The website exists, but something feels off. The information is there, yet visitors don't understand what matters, what makes you different, or what they should do next. The designer is waiting for direction. The developer is waiting for decisions. The team keeps discussing the same things without resolution.

Before making something beautiful, you need clarity on:

What actually mathers

Who the website is for

How information should be structured

That's where I help.

From complexity to clarity

01

I review existing materials and conduct conversations to understand how your business actually works, who you create value for, and what matters most from the customer's perspective.

The goal is not just collecting information — it's uncovering priorities, gaps, and clarity.

Understanding the business and the user

03

Structuring the message and hierarchy

Together we define what the core message is, what should be prioritized, what can be simplified, and how information should be layered.

The focus is not copywriting — it's creating logical structure and decision-making clarity.

I create a clear website architecture: page structure, section hierarchy, user journeys, and the relationship between different content blocks.

This becomes the bridge between business strategy and visual design.

04

Rapid visual prototyping

Using Figma Make, I quickly build an interactive visual prototype that demonstrates how the structure works in practice.

This is not final design — it's a thinking tool that helps teams make decisions before development begins.

05

Clear direction for moving forward

The result is a concrete foundation for designers, developers, and internal teams.

Instead of starting from a blank page, you move forward with a structured system and shared understanding.

What's the outcome?

Visual prototype

An interactive prototype ready for iteration and refinement

Page structure and content hierarchy that guides users logically

User journeys and interaction patterns that make sense

Thoughtful website architecture

Understandable UX logic

By the end of the process, you walk away with something tangible — not just ideas and workshop notes.

Clear value proposition

A messaging structure that articulates what you do and why it matters

Clear direction about what should happen next and why

Shared understanding across designers, developers, and stakeholders

Team alignment

Next steps clarity

What makes this approach different?

  1. Clarify what needs to be communicated and to whom

  2. Define how users should move through the experience

  3. Structure content and flows with intention

  4. Design and build on solid strategic foundations

My approach

Most websites are built backwards. A template is chosen, text is added, visuals inserted — and only then people wonder why it doesn't work.

The typical approach

  1. Pick a template

  2. Add content and visuals

  3. Launch the site

  4. Wonder why it doesn't convert

Having led service design teams, I've seen what skipping this step costs: development slows, design keeps changing, teams lose alignment, and the result feels disconnected. Most of that is avoidable with clearer thinking upfront.

Just think about how much money you'd save if you didn't spend months heading in the wrong direction.

Start with clarity

If your website feels more "assembled" than intentionally designed, let's talk.

Together we can identify where things feel unclear, what needs restructuring, and how to create a website experience that actually supports your business.
