Who am I and where do I come from?

Hey there! I'm Henri, and I'm in the middle of that picture in the spring of 2023, at the Impericon Festival in Leipzig.

Music and drums have been my primary passion since my early teenage years. I'm simply captivated by the feeling I get from a great concert or a new song from my favorite band. I strive to bring that same joy to all my other endeavors, whether it's facilitating design workshops, hackathons, summer events, or conferences.

I've been leading a Service Design team for the past 5 years. Before that, I worked as a producer and managed both digital and service design projects at a design agency. I've also spent 4 years as a product manager in a bank, overseeing development processes and juggling the interests of clients, business, and IT simultaneously.

I love versatility and adapt quickly!

My career and interests have led me to very different situations. I've led a conference for 900 people, taught and had developers interview business clients, delivered opening speeches at hackathons, played drums at the Estonian Song Festival and Europe's largest metal festival, and filmed and edited music videos for my own band.

Versatility is powerful, and I enjoy consistently finding myself in new situations. I believe this experience helps me stand out from many others because I understand both business and entertainment. Having interacted with a wide range of people, I can also get closer to them and make necessary changes to my demeanor and schedule based on their needs. I'd be happy to introduce your people to new situations to bring freshness back into their everyday lives!

It would be super cool to brainstorm something amazing together. But if you already have an idea, I'm confident we can find a way to bring it to life! And if the two of us aren't enough, I have a wide circle of contacts to bring more people on board!

Solving (business) problems through service design methodologies

Service design provides us with a great set of superb tools to get the biggest introvert to collaborate and the most outspoken speaker to think calmly.

Primarily, it's about methodologies that help find solutions to business problems. Whether it's redesigning a product according to customer wishes/problems, improving in-house collaboration between teams, or engaging in a co-creation exercise to unite the company and involve employees from different corners of the organization.

In general, there are no boundaries that service design cannot tackle. The most important thing is to clarify what needs to be solved and then how to do it. I'd be happy to assist with both!

What could we do together?
